Thank you so much for supporting the AFA Book Fair last week! We hope your children are enjoying their new books. Any books that were ordered will be sent home with your child as soon as they are available. Congratulations to Alex and Ava who are the winners of the raffle. They will each receive a bundle of new books! We would like to especially thank all of the family members and Adler staff who helped with the Book Fair. Without your help, the Book Fair could not happen! Help is need for volunteer spots including class previews, working the registers, and tear down. Go to http://signup.com/go/CytLYQn to access the online sign-up. Thanks! 2/7/2018 Time To Order Yearbooks!Order forms for the 2017-18 yearbooks went home last week. Please note that all yearbook orders are due NO LATER THAN MARCH 2. This is a strict deadline. You can order online or turn in the form with payment to school. This is the only opportunity to order yearbooks. We do not order extra copies!
To order online, go to book.hrimaging.com. You'll be prompted to fill in our school information and your child's name. Under products, next to yearbook, press add, and the yearbook will be added to your cart. You'll then be directed to finish your order with your address and payment information. All yearbooks will be shipped to the school in one order, and students will receive them during the last week of school. If you have any questions, please contact Sheila Lynch-Afryl at [email protected]. Please mark your calendars for February 8th! Visit the Panera in Libertyville from open (6am) to close (9pm) for breakfast, lunch, AND/OR dinner and have a percentage of the sales go to the Adler Family Association! Bring your family and friends along with you! If you are running short on time, you can order take-out. You will need to present the paper copy of the image below when you order your food so that Adler receives credit for the sale. Hope to see you there!
2/6/2018 Book Fair February 14th and 15thThe Book Fair is coming to Adler and will be open during parent-teacher conferences on February 14th (5-8:30pm) and February 15th (3-8:30pm).
At the Book Fair, you can: - Expand your home library with books from Scholastic’s selection of engaging and affordable books. Pick books from your child’s wish list or choose some of your own favorites - they make great last-minute Valentine’s Day gifts! - Enter a free raffle to win great new books. - Help expand classroom libraries by donating a book from your child’s teacher wish list. We will need your help to make the Book Fair a success. There are many ways to help including set-up, class previews, and working the registers.
